Cees Schrauwers became a Non-executive Director of the Company in 2007. Cees has more than 30 years' financial services experience, most recently as Managing Director of Aviva International and Managing Director of CGU Insurance.
Prior to this he was Partner with Coopers & Lybrand. Cees was until recently the Senior Independent Director of Brit Insurance Holdings plc and is currently Chairman of the Guernsey Financial Services Commission. In 2012 he became a Director of the Scottish Widows Group.
